We stayed here for 2 nights, it was just what we needed. The hotel was located not far from Gravelbourg. The location of the property was peaceful, close to everything. A cool bonus was nearby The Donut Nest, that offered tea and coffee.
The breakfast they served was basic, hope one day it will be better.

The shower stall had some mold, which was a bit off-putting. The owner had difficulty communicating in English, making it challenging to communicate effectively.

the building used to be a convent for French-Canadian women, which I found fascinating. the facility was clean and the beds were comfortable. the internet connection was excellent, so not having a television wasn't a big deal. the breakfast offered toast, coffee, and cold cereal, which was a good start to the day. the hosts were welcoming and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable.
There were some maintenance problems, such as a small bathroom with a cramped shower and windows that were difficult to open and close.

The price was right and I had a great night's sleep in the quiet, comfortable room. The friendly owner even helped my elderly husband with our luggage. The hotel provided a simple but satisfying breakfast with toast, coffee, cereal, and a surprise addition of hard boiled eggs. The historic charm of the former convent was a unique touch that added to the overall experience.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The history of the building was fascinating, as it used to be a convent for French-Canadian women. the owners were friendly and welcoming, making an effort to ensure a pleasant stay. the beds were comfortable and the facility was clean. Plus, they had a great internet connection, which made up for the lack of TV. And even though we didn't have breakfast there, we heard good things about the buffet. we were able to have a quiet and restful Easter break.
The building was a bit old and run-down. the carpets and linoleum were worn, and the windows were difficult to open and close.
